What is CannaFind?
CannaFind is an independent map of published pharmacy and chemist contact details across Australia. It helps people find addresses, phone numbers, websites, directions and opening hours where available.
How do I search?
Use the interactive pharmacy map and enter a suburb, postcode or pharmacy name. You can also filter by state or territory or allow your device to use your location.
Does CannaFind recommend pharmacies?
No. CannaFind does not endorse, rate or rank pharmacies. Map and search results are not recommendations.
Does a listing mean CannaFind has confirmed a pharmacy’s services or availability?
No. A listing shows public business information only. Services, opening hours and other details can change. Contact the pharmacy directly to confirm whether it can help with your enquiry before visiting.
How are listings checked?
New listings and requested changes are reviewed before publication using the information supplied and public business sources. This does not guarantee that every detail remains current. See our Listing Policy for the full process.
What does “Community checked” mean?
It means a CannaFind user recently submitted feedback about basic public listing information such as the address, phone number, website, opening hours or map location. It is not a pharmacy review, endorsement or clinical assessment.
How do I report incorrect information?
Use the Pharmacy Portal and choose “Update”. Include the pharmacy name, location, the information that needs changing and a public source where possible.
My pharmacy is not listed. How do I add it?
If you own, manage or are authorised to represent the pharmacy, use the Pharmacy Portal and choose “Add”. We review the request before publication.
How can I remove a listing?
Pharmacy owners, managers and authorised representatives can request removal through the Pharmacy Portal. We may ask for information that confirms their connection to the business.
Does payment affect listings?
No. Donations do not affect inclusion, ordering or placement on the map.
