Pharmacy business information
We may collect, display and update pharmacy business information from public sources, pharmacy submissions, map and address providers, business information providers, community listing checks and directory administration.
Published pharmacy business information may include pharmacy name, address, phone number, email, website, opening hours, map location, photos, public listing status, community-check status and listing update dates.
Sensitive information
Please do not submit patient information, prescription details, medical history, Medicare information, medicine availability, pricing or other sensitive health information through the website, Pharmacy Portal, community listing checks, email or update forms.
If we receive information that is not needed for our directory or administrative purposes, we may delete it, ignore it or take steps to de-identify it where appropriate.
Pharmacy Portal requests
If you submit a Pharmacy Portal request, we may use the information to assess, process, verify, approve, reject, publish or update a pharmacy listing.
We may send an acknowledgement email and contact you if clarification is needed.
Community listing checks
If you submit a community listing check or update suggestion, we may collect the information you provide, the pharmacy listing involved, the fields you checked or reported, and basic technical information needed for security and abuse prevention.
We may use community checks to review and update public pharmacy listing information. We may publish de-identified community check status information, such as whether public listing details have been recently checked and the date of the community check.
Website analytics
CannaFind may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand website usage, measure directory interactions, maintain security and improve the website.
Analytics may include general information such as page views, short-lived session identifiers, search and map interactions, contact clicks, referring websites and approximate location information. Location information used for analytics is rounded before it is stored and is not intended to identify a precise address.
CannaFind does not sell analytics information or use it to create advertising profiles.
Service providers
CannaFind may use trusted service providers to help operate the website, process forms, deliver email, provide maps and directions, host the website, maintain security, understand website usage, store data, process donations and support ordinary website administration.

Disclosure
We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep information
Detailed first-party website analytics events are normally deleted after 12 months. Aggregated historical totals may be kept for longer where they no longer identify an individual browser session.
We keep other information for as long as reasonably needed for directory administration, legal, security, record-keeping and operational purposes. We may retain listing request records, community check records, enquiry records, correspondence and related administrative records so we can manage corrections, resolve disputes, prevent unauthorised changes and maintain an appropriate history of directory changes.

No website or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
