CannaFind is not a pharmacy, medical clinic, prescribing service, telehealth service, medicine supply service or emergency service.

The information on this website is provided for general business information only. It is not medical advice, health advice, treatment advice, prescribing advice, product information, price information or a recommendation about any medicine, pharmacy, health practitioner or health service.

No medicine availability, pricing or dispensing guarantee
CannaFind does not confirm, represent or guarantee that any listed pharmacy can dispense a particular medicine, has any medicine in stock, accepts a particular prescription, charges a particular price, offers a particular service, or is suitable for your needs.
Pharmacies make their own decisions based on legal, professional, stock and operational considerations.
No endorsement or ranking
A listing on CannaFind does not mean that CannaFind endorses, recommends, accredits, ranks, verifies or approves that pharmacy.
Any ratings, opening hours, map details, photos, links, community checks or third-party information are provided for convenience only and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.
Accuracy of information
We aim to keep listing information useful and reasonably current, but information can change without notice. You should contact the pharmacy directly before visiting or relying on any listing information.
We may update, edit, suspend, unpublish or remove listings at our discretion.
Search results and map display
Search results, map markers, visible-map results and listing order are provided for convenience. They may be affected by search terms, location, map position, zoom level, available data, technical limits or third-party information.
CannaFind does not guarantee that search results are complete, current, ranked by quality or suitable for any particular purpose.
Pharmacy Portal submissions
The Pharmacy Portal is intended for pharmacy owners, managers and authorised representatives.
By submitting a request, you confirm that you are authorised to request the change and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You must not submit product names, medicine availability, pricing, treatment claims, patient testimonials, promotional medicine content, patient information, prescription details, medical history, Medicare information or other sensitive health information.
CannaFind may review, edit, reject, approve, publish, unpublish or remove submitted content to keep listings factual, accurate and directory-based. CannaFind may choose whether and when to publish a listing change.
Community listing checks
CannaFind may allow users to submit feedback about basic public listing information, such as pharmacy name, address, phone number, website, opening hours and map location.
Community listing checks help maintain directory accuracy. They are not reviews, testimonials, recommendations, rankings, endorsements or clinical assessments.
You must not submit medicine availability, pricing, product names, prescription details, patient information, medical history, Medicare information, treatment claims, testimonials or promotional statements.
CannaFind may review, edit, reject, remove, publish, de-identify or ignore any community submission at its discretion. Community check status may be displayed publicly for a limited period.
Third-party services and links
The website may include information, links, maps, directions, images, ratings or other content supplied by third parties, including map and business information providers where available.
The website may use third-party services that help provide maps, directions, forms, email, hosting, analytics, security, website operations, donations and other ordinary website functions.

This information is supplied by Google and may change without notice. CannaFind does not create, control, verify, rank or endorse Google ratings or Google business information.
Donations
CannaFind may provide a donation link. Donations are voluntary and do not affect pharmacy listing status, placement, order, visibility or treatment by CannaFind.
Emergency warning
CannaFind is not suitable for emergencies. If you need urgent medical help, call 000 or contact an appropriate health service.
Availability and technical issues
We aim to keep the website available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete data, or continuous availability of maps, search, third-party integrations or individual listings.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CannaFind is not liable for loss, damage, cost or inconvenience arising from your use of the website, reliance on listing information, contact with a listed pharmacy, use of third-party services, technical issues, delays, errors or omissions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Unless otherwise stated, the CannaFind name, website design, text, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to CannaFind.
You must not copy, scrape, republish, reproduce, adapt or reuse website content except as permitted by law or with our permission.
