Complete information helps us review a request efficiently. Please use official, publicly available business details.

Required for a new listing

• Pharmacy name: The official trading name in normal title case.
• Address: Include shop or unit number, street, suburb, state and four-digit postcode.
• Phone: The main public business number, including area code where relevant.
• Requester details: Your name, role and work email so we can review the request.

Optional details

• Official website.
• Public opening hours.
• Public general-contact email.

Example

Updates and removals

For a correction, identify the listing, state exactly what should change and provide a public source where possible. For a removal, explain the reason and your connection to the business.

Do not submit

• Prescriptions or medicine names.
• Medical records or health information.
• Patient enquiries.
• Personal email addresses unless no appropriate work address exists.
